Meet new people, give back to our community and help deliver exceptional care in a healing environment! Westfields Hospital & Clinic has volunteer positions in a variety of departments, programs and events. You will join a team of over 60 volunteers who in 2016 contributed almost 5,000 hours!
Age: Volunteer applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Commitment: Due to extensive prescreening and training, we respectfully ask for at least a four month commitment.
Interview: An interview will be conducted to explore talents and interests to create the most rewarding experience for you while volunteering.
Screening: A criminal background check will be completed along with a blood draw to screen your immunity to childhood diseases, hepatitis B and exposure to tuberculosis.
Training: Each volunteer will go through hospital orientation as well as departmental training prior to their first day of volunteering.
